Well, guys.. my love for liquid lipstick keeps growing stronger.

when it comes to a lip product, i am more of a matte person. i'm always on the lookout for the one that stays put and is highly pigmented, because simply, i hate the idea of having to reapply it.

so here are the swatches and little review of my recent liquid lipstick purchase..

GIRLACTIK MATTE LIP PAINT in Demure

i am SO in love. daridulu aku penasaran banget sama Girlactik ini karna lihat reviewnya yang bagus-bagus. dan setelah coba, aku jatuh cinta banget! menurutku Girlactik ini punya the best texture and formula dari semua liquid lipstick yang pernah aku coba. very comfortable to use, not drying the lips, and stays aaall day. warnanya juga menurutku unik banget, aku beli yg shade Demure ini karna shade ini yang paling best seller. its a brownish kinda shade with dusty-mauve hint to it, but i think, its one of those lipstick that looks completely different on every skin tone, kadang aku ngerasa shade ini a bit too brown for my liking. tapi kalo dipake di waktu dan makeup yang tepat jadinya bagus banget. Dan Girlactik baru aja ngeluarin warna-warna baru yang bagus-bagus juga, im dying to get my hands on them!

LIME CRIME VELVETINES

LIME CRIME VELVETINES in Bleached

these (and faded) are the only thing that caught my attention from their new Penny Lane Trio. its such a beautiful peachy-nude shade, menurutku pas banget untuk hari-hari kalo kalian ga suka bold lips.

texturenya sama kaya velvetines lainnya, awalnya agak watery tapi saat di aplikasikan cepet banget keringnya. so be careful! karna setelah dia kering, its so hard to get off. saran dari aku, pake lipliner dulu sebelumnya jadi kalian bisa "frame" bibir kalian dulu.

LIME CRIME VELVETINES in Faded

a mauve-beige with a slight purple undertones kinda shade. this shade reminds me a lot of Cashmere, but on a wearable side. but honestly speaking, i have a love and hate relationship with this one. 

LIME CRIME VELVETINES in Riot

a muted reddish shade, somewhere between red and pink. menurutku, Riot ini shade yang paling wearable dan akan terlihat bagus di semua skintone dari velvetines2yang lain. warnanya unik banget, dan menurutku warnanya mirip-mirip sama Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet yang shade Beau brun, hanya bedanya di texturenya aja. 

LIME CRIME VELVETINES in Wicked

LOVE this. such a perfect dark red vampy color.

KAT VON D EVERLASTING LIQUID LIPSTICK in Lolita

as you all know, everyone is raving about this particular shade and its sold out almost everywhere. dan akhirnya aku baru kesampaian coba sekarang, setelah dari dulu mikir-mikir mau coba. 

Unfortunately, they changed the formula and the color twice, jadi yang aku pakai diatas ini adalah lolita yang edisi ke tiga. well.. it was way darker than the original one in my opinion, but i still really love this one. its a lovely brown-mauve shade, texturenya juga juara, nyaman banget dipakenya.

KRYOLAN LIP STAIN in Gospel

First, let me start by saying that i am freaking in LOVE with this one. this is a warm pinkish mauve shade that i think would look good on every skin tone. So creamy and sooo pigmented. Aku dapet ini di counternya Kryolan di Glow Plaza Indonesia, sekitar 350.000 ribu rupiah if im not mistaken, tapi sayangnya waktu aku beli hanya ada 2 shade yang baru masuk ke indonesia. but omg, i think "Gospel" is such a perfect color. the only cons yang menurutku agak mengganggu, adalah warna ini gampang banget transfer, apalagi kalo udah minum pake sedotan, rasanya warna bibir kita pindah semua ke sedotan.

TOO FACED MELTED in Melted Chihuahua

This liquid lipstick doesnt dry completely matte like the others, but i love the fact that this feels so light weight which is very comfortable to use. but unfortunately, the color of the tube is not an exact match for the shade inside. When i swatched it on my hand, it looks like a beautiful mauve shade which what i was expected. 

but as soon as i put in, it looks more of a peachy nude on me. and it was.. very dissapointing. but, i have a very pale lip colour, guess thats one of the reason.

SEPHORA CREAM LIP STAIN in 13 Marvelous Mauve

One of my favorite and the one that i always reaching for the most. the color somehow reminds me a lot of the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Patina. veryyy opaque, you just need one layer to get the beautiful pink-mauve shade. tapi sayangnya, susah banget cari ini dimana-dimana, dan kayaknya di Sephora Jakarta juga belum keluar.

great formula, and great color payoff with such affordable price. 

LA GIRL MATTE FLAT FINISH PIGMENT GLOSS in Dreamy

a pinky-nude shade, so gorgeous! but somehow menurutku liquid lipstick dari LA Girl ini agak sedikit tacky saat di aplikasikan, dan baunya pun aku kurang suka. but for the price they offer, i think this one is amazing. aku beli ini di online shop, dan biasanya harganya mulai dari 55 ribu sampai 90 ribuan, kadang ada shade-shade tertentu yang dijual lebih mahal for some reason that idk why.

 LA GIRL MATTE FLAT FINISH GLOSS in Fleur

a peachy neutral kinda shade. cocok banget untuk dipakai sehari-hari, dan shade Fleur ini salah satu shade yang paling best seller diantara 16 warna lainnya.

 LA GIRL MATTE FLAT FINISH GLOSS in Rebel

a great dupe for Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Aria. walaupun menurutku Rebel ini agak sedikit lebih gelap, tapi yaa 11-12 lah. tapi texturenya masih jauh lebih bagus Stila.

its such a stunning magenta-plum shade, sooo beautiful.

texture dari liquid lipstick Stila ini juga juara banget. So i think its worth every penny.

this color reminds me a lot of Lime Crime Velvetines in Riot, cuma berbeda di texture aja, texture dari bourjois ini lebih creamy dan buttery, dan staying powernya juga ga sekuat Lime Crime.

  BOURJOIS ROUGE EDITION VELVET in Happy Nude Year

Described as being nude.. tapi, nude darimananya ya? :')

i think its more of a light medium pink with peach undertone.
